Specialties

My practice is rooted in curiosity and respect for both pattern and individuality in every life. I offer a relational space to slow down, build reflective capacity, and connect with what’s happening beneath the surface. This integrative approach emphasizes creative potential and renewal—reviving forgotten or dormant resources—while working through relational challenge, loss, and change. Together we explore your ways of making meaning, attending to dreams, to how stories and feelings live in the body, to our relationship, and to the parts of you that feel conflicted, out of reach, or unseen.

Our work welcomes complexity, ambiguity, and the symptomatic as pathways to insight and authenticity. I integrate EMDR (when desired) with attachment, psychodynamic, and somatic modalities to address overwhelming or stuck experiences, attuning closely to your pace and capacity.

Therapy offers a ritual structure and ongoing relationship that cultivates alignment, courage, creativity, and intentionality. Many people I work with seek deeper relatedness with themselves and the world—a sense of being more fully alive and present. I often work with individuals navigating high-performance environments who want to develop more sustainable ways of being amid professional demands. My background includes extensive psychodynamic training and supervision with practicing psychoanalysts, and I continue to study how Jungian, somatic, and ecological perspectives can be meaningfully integrated.

Please reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. I currently see adults, adolescents, and partnerships virtually and in Ojai, and work in person with children ages 6 and up.
